Deadline for UK Article 95 inclusion
Courtesy of Brexit, brands that wish to continue to place products containing Hypochlorous Acid on the UK market from 1st January 2023 need to have had an application to be on the UK Article 95 list accepted by the HSE before the 31st December 2022 or alternatively be sourcing their active substance from a manufacturer listed on the UK Article 95.
Aqualution has confirmed with the HSE that our active substance dossier is the only one that has been submitted and we are happy to support all Hypochlorous Acid brands/companies with a UK LOA so that you may make your application to the HSE in time to legally stay on the market or discuss with you direct manufacture.
